Responsibilities:
 

• Monitor the overdue accounts and formulate appropriate actions to mitigate the risk of loan charge-off and maximize recovery to the Bank
• Manage loan classification, conduct individual impairment assessment and propose charge-off of problem credits
• Identify any potential problem credits and suggest measures to mitigate the credit risk of the Bank.
• Prepare regular MIS and ad hoc reports for management review or for reporting to HKMA and other authority
• Manage and review External Debt Collection Agencies performance
• Manage all KPIs set out by management

Requirements:
 

• University graduate in Risk Management or related disciplines
• 5 years or above relevant experience
• Familiar with relevant policies and procedures of the Bank as well as regulatory requirements
• Good communication and people management skills
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin
• PC knowledge (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Good negotiation & problem-solving skills
