Scope of Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining client data base
• Assist in company secretarial or administrative works for our clients
• Prepare documents for incorporation of HK private and offshore companies
• Arrange for documents required for acceptance of new clients
• company secretarial or administrative works
• Handle any ad hoc duties as assigned

Skills / Qualifications:

• A team player with good communication skills
• Good computer skills especially in MS Office
• Knowledge of Viewpoint advantageous
• Fluent in written and oral English with a good command of Mandarin proficiency
• Possess at least 2 years or above relevant working experience in professional firm, CPA firm, or registered agent
