Responsibilities:

• Perform troubleshooting and provide day-to-day support on infrastructure areas including hardware, software, end-user and helpdesk support;
• Responsible for administration, monitoring, backup/recovery and patch management for servers, firewall and networking equipment; and
• Handle Installation of hardware and software as well as maintain software / hardware inventory, process renewal, maintenance and subscription;
• Coordinate with Service Providers, Vendors, the HKEX;
• Perform ad-hoc projects assigned by management .

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines;
• 3 years' working experience preferably in securities/ futures field;
• Network infrastructure support knowledge, e.g. VPN, Firewall, Router;
• Knowledge of Stock / Global Futures trading Front and Back Office System is an advantage;
• Self-motivated and able to work independently under a dynamic environment;
• Solid communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese are required.
