Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the processes and documentation for new opportunities/business/facilities/leases, renewal business/leases, and infrastructure projects
• Improve and maintain the quality, consistency and timeliness of documentation through effective coordination, tracking and processing for all project reviews, opportunity assessments, capital requests/investments and infrastructure projects
• Coordinate, collate and manage the process to deliver professional Project Review documentation
• Prompt and facilitate managers to action renewals/extensions/terminations appropriately
• Educate and coach the departments the business evaluation, commercial expectation and project review processes
• Track the financial performance after the project go live
• Manage or track customer/ insurance claims
• Complete ad hoc reporting and analysis when required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance / Commercial
• At least 3 years’ solid experience, preferable in logistics industry
• Strong project management and organization skills
• Basic knowledge of contract structures and standard terms and conditions
• Experience of commercial reviews and negotiations
• Proactive approach to continuous improvement
• Able to manage flexible workloads and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels
• Good knowledge and experience of contracts and financial data
• Proficiency in PC skills including MS Word & Excel 
• Good written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
