Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain full set of accounts including property management income and expenditure account
- Perform daily operation works
- Assist in preparing management analysis
- Perform ad-hoc assignments
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma in Finance / Accounting or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting field, with supervisory experience is preferred
- Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel and with knowledge in SUN Accounting system will be an advantage
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good interpersonal skills, independent and responsible
