Major Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordination of different parties to complete Unified Communication or Video Conference projects (e.g. provide onsite demo, deployment, user training)
• Onsite/offsite trouble shooting
• CAD drawing
• Programming

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma/ or Diploma in Computer or Networking or equivalent
• 1-2 year hands on experience/knowledge in supporting Unified Communication or Video Conference
• Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills
• Fluent spoken and written English, Cantonese
• Able to work out of office hours and willing to travel occasionally
• HCNA/HCNP is preferable
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
