Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive property management services for the Group's designated properties
• Assist in handling complaints and inquires from authorizers / tenants and residents / occupiers
• Responsible for inventory control, tendering and liaise with relevant government authorities
• Monitor and oversee the site operation and performance of contractors and sub-ordinates to ensure the compliance of statutory requirements
• Other ad-hoc assignments

 Requirements:

• Degree or above in any disciplines, preferably in Property Management or relevant disciplines
• Min 2 years’ experiences in residential property management
• Independent with good communication skill and able to work under pressure
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, Chinese Word Processing is essential
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
