Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance in handling routine repair and maintenance works
- Provide assistance in preparing budget and cost control
- Handle tender documents and contracts relating to R & M works
Requirements:
- Holder of Diploma or above in Building Service Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in operations in E&M or commercial premises is an advantage
- Able to work under pressure
- Strong coordination and communication skills
Candidates with more experience / qualification will be considered as Technical Officer
