Our client is a well-established International project management and Professional Services overseeing a number of highly regarded projects in Hong Kong.

They have just won a new project and are looking to hire an enthusiastic Senior Project Manager to oversee the construction of a new-build project in Hong Kong.

This role will be looking after a significant project and supervising a team of 3 (PM and APM).

In addition to having a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant construction discipline, you will also have extensive experience in managing new build construction projects from inception to completion.

Due to the complexity of the scope of works, our client is looking for someone with a strong commercial awareness and the ability to deal with the whole financial and programme planning elements of the project.

You will also possess excellent interpersonal skills with good site based knowledge and experience on a broad range of projects in the construction sector.

The role will require a proven track record involving planning and coordination of sub-contractors / supply chain coupled with good people management skills, so a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Project Management is highly desirable.

This role can offer a favourable salary and package, as well as the opportunity to work on a key projects .

They are looking for someone with fluent English and Cantonese with excellent client management skills.
