Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

To be the principle management point of contact and entity manager for the following areas: 

  • APAC & GSC based Learning for All delivery employees
  • Demand validation, upskilling &resourcing
  • MI analytics &presentations
  • Quality submissions & returns of required data &information
  • Feedback on general learning management systems/attendance at forums
  • Effective partnering with GP and HSBC Stakeholders e.g. LAO/DemandPlanner/LC’s
  • Evaluation of courses/delivery, trainer effectiveness & utilization

To lead and manage APAC and GSC based Learning for All delivery team as designated.

To ensure the support of bespoke learning interventions beyond the immediate remit and experience of the team is given 

Up to a minimum 7 days per month of the role should be billable client activity 

To ensure that all activities in relation to the clients demand plan are achieved in line with the MSA/SLA, within budget, to contract and on schedule and to be a point of contact for demand plan enquires 

To ensure that the quality systems are complied with and maintained following the GP Strategies Limited (GPSL) quality procedures 

To ensure the effective development of staff as prescribed within GPSL’s performance management system, using the experience of the LFA team to develop the wider group 

To ensure that identified staff training within the staff development plan is clearly linked to the team and/or business unit development plan 

To ensure that all training is carefully evaluated and recorded within the appropriate documentation 

To ensure that the team(s) are skilled and able to meet the forecasted demand with the agreed utilisation of staff 

To manage the appropriate staff development programme within the framework of Investors In People and within the agreed individual staff development plan 

To ensure that appropriate levels of awareness and reporting of the project are maintained in liaison with Resourcing Delivery Manager to help manage costs and project budget at all times 

To ensure that the Equality and Diversity, Health and Safety and Quality Operating Policies

and Procedures are adhered to within the area of responsibility and by direct reports. Any non-compliance is reported to the appropriate level of management

To ensure that the system for maintaining/checking licences and business insurance of employees who travel on company business and the roadworthiness of their vehicles is maintained in line with Company policy

To be responsible and accountable in achieving an overall minimum average 13 days billable utilisation figure for the staff group, and to work with other functions of the business to achieve this

To ensure that the Corporate Values of the Company are actively promoted and implemented at all times

To support a culture that promotes teamwork and discourages divisiveness at all organisational levels

To act in accordance with your confidentiality agreement with the company at all times

To communicate with internal and external agencies, staff, customers, management and peers in a manner appropriate to your position at all times

To make decisions and implement actions, involving customers, employees, suppliers, partners and peers, which are in accordance with the values of the Company

  • Remote and diverse people management experience
  • Effective team player and motivator
  • Excellent communication skill both written and verbal
  • Ability to lead cross team project
  • Experience in learning deliverer to senior and large-scale audiences
  • Microsoft Office proficient or similar
