Our client is a global provider of infinite power solutions to major businesses and industries across the globe. They support critical applications in a wide range of sectors such as data centres, critical process manufacturing, infrastructure and healthcare. 

Duties and Responsibilities

- Plan, prepare and perform preventive and corrective maintenance work at our customers’ premises in Singapore and other Asia Pacific countries.

- Respond to service calls for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance service request in accordance with the Company’s Service Schedules and Agreements.

- Trouble-shoot and repair any system abnormality and communicate in a professional manner with customer about cause of the fault and corrective actions.

- Complete/ review Risk Assessments and Method statements for servicing and engineering-based activities. Complete all customer service reports and departmental documentation and submit internally in a timely manner.

- Ensure compliance to the correct regulatory requirements and installation standards and report any findings and suggestions in a timely manner.

- Render technical support to the other departments’ staff. For example, assist with installation and commissioning activities for new customer sites.

Requirements

- More than 5 years relevant experience.

- Experience in dealing with mission critical customers and their applications. Be a good communicator and “customer facing” ambassador for the company, in order to maintain strong professional relationships with customers and suppliers.

- Good analytical skill, able to possess excellent analytical and fault find skills.

- Attention to detail and the ability to manage work to a high professional standard.

- Self-motivated who is able to work with limited supervision. Ability to work calmly under pressure and to agreed timescales.

- Good team player but capable of working on their own with initiative.

- Sound knowledge of MS Office, Autocad etc.

- Good spoken and written English.
