This exciting position is key to RediSem’s IC supply chain and logistics. It requires a motivated and flexible person that is willing to learn and grow with the position. This role is based at our HK headquarters on the Science Park in Shatin.

 Key responsibilities

• Supplier management: Responsible for day-to-day management of our IC subcontractors
• Manage and track production and shipments – including POs, invoices, shipping documents
• Collect and analyze production test data
• Inventory management
• Arrange pilot production and qualification of new products
• Identify and qualify new suppliers
• Maintain quality records and test reports

Experience required:

• 3-5 years in an Operations or Manufacturing role in Electronics with a proven track record
• Bachelors or Masters in Electrical or Electronic Engineering
• Good written and oral communication in Chinese and English
• Drive to get things done with attention to detail
• Ability to handle deadlines and work under pressure
