Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for pre-sales and after sales support to customers
- Presentation and perform demonstration to customers and conduct PoC testing
- Provide on-site support and remote installation support and configuration
- Assist in providing technical support and training to our regional office and customers
- Participate in system testing and bug reporting
- Prepare related documents to customers
- Perform ad-hoc projects as required
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent;
- 2-3 years relevant experience in sizable companies;
- Well organized, independent and multi-tasking;
- Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese including Mandarin;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Immediately available is preferred
