Job Description
Major jobs scope including:
- Responsible for façade design and consulting for building projects in HK
- Prepare design intent drawings for tendering and for statutory submission
- Carry out contractor submission review
- Receive on-job training on building façade design, project implementation, fabrication/ installation methodology
Qualification requirements:
- Min 3-5 yrs experience with local façade consultancy or specialist contractor
- Experiences in aluminium cladding, glass wall, curtain wall, glass balustrade, aluminium grille is highly preferable.
- Experience on Buildings Department submission is a must & Degree preferable
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, experience on Rhinoceros or Revit will be an asset.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Façade Designer
