Job Description
Our client is a unique Hong Kong based role working on an iconic mixed use portfolio with ongoing major Capex and FM related projects. To cope with their expansion, they are actively hiring
various positions.
Job Responsibilities
- To work with different departments for project planning and scheduling, partnering with Project team to establish the plan and document the scope
- To provide a master scheduling programme to monitor the project progress
- To estimate the overall project schedule for ensure the availability of resources to support the updated master schedule
- To analyse data, identify risks, potentials and concerns
- To handle reporting and implement the standards for schedule
Job Requirements
- University degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in planning and scheduling in construction and property development field
- Strong understanding of project sequencing and scheduling major Capex and FM programmes and projects
- Experience in the use of Planning Software (Primavera P6)
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Good command of English
