The successful candidate is responsible for performing day-to-day building maintenance and management services for Lee Tung Avenue. This includes carrying out tasks such as overseeing the building and facilities maintenance, whilst also being actively involved in repairs and undertaking of improvement works on the site.

Requirements:

• Degree, Higher Diploma holder in Building Services
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in operations, repair and maintenance
• Solid experience in building services related work including renovation and fitting-out work
• Knowledge of PC operations
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Engineer
