Finance Director (Group Office)

Our client is one of the sizable hotel groups in Hong Kong. 

Responsibilities

•             Responsible for all-rounded accounting and financial functions such as financial and management reporting, budgeting, cash flow and internal control
•             Oversee the multiple finance teams for the hotels under the Group, ensuring the provision of effective control and development of best practice financial accounting and control procedures
•             Prepare consolidation and perform due diligence, valuations and financial modelling
•             Lead cost saving and efficiency improvement through the centralization of work process and operation at the Group level
•             Maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose a certain level of control over daily finance activities

Requirements

•             A bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting
•             At least 15 years of proven experience in hospitality industry with around 5-10 years of experience in the senior management level
•             Solid knowledge on hotel operation
•             Experience managing multiple hotels will be an asset
•             Strong leadership and communication skills, possessing good strategic vision and planning ability
•             Excellent command of written and spoken Mandarin and English
