Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Bar Manager in the daily operation of the bar
  • Prepares high standard beverage and serves the guests at assigned bar outlet and bar counter including cocktails, coffee, tea
  • Interact with customers in an outgoing manner, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
  • Monitor the inventory of liquor/wine and other bar supplies
  • Follows all standards of service including hygiene, safety and service of beverages to guests
  • Maintain all service utensils and equipment in tip-top conditions
  • Assist floor team when needed

Requirements:

  • Holder of certificate / diploma in hotel & catering management an advantage
  • Minimum 3 years or above working experience in a managerial position within the bar industry & F&B industry
  • Know how to make cocktails & coffee
  • Strong leadership, team building and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills, guest service orientated
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Cantonese
