Job Description

For talents who aim to build operational / functional expertise and develop a career in a dynamic business environment. There are 5 disciplines in total – Information Technology, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Operations and Food Production and Technology. 

Duration of programs vary from 12 months, depends on disciplines, with rotations within department.

Program Highlights

To facilitate a fast-track learning and career development of the trainees, there are 3 core elements in the program:

Education - Structured Training 

• Maxim’s Academy provides systematic training in personal and management skills to accelerate trainees’ capabilities for professional performance

Experience - Inter-Function Rotation & Special Projects

• Job rotation in different functionswith assigned function-related and corporate-wide projects allow the trainees to understand the full picture of Maxim’s businesses and develop key capabilities including collaboration and execution skills, which prepares them for future solid contribution in the business

Exposure - Regular Coaching & Feedback

• Intensive feedback and career coaching will be given from dedicated coaches and mentors for continuous development to set up the trainees for success

(There will be adjustment in terms of learning focus / training curriculum of above 3 core elements depend on specific functions / expertise you attached to.)

Skills & Requirements

•      keen to develop a professional career in corresponding functions
•      with high diploma/ associate degree/ bachelor’s degree in related disciplines

o  Information Technology Specialist:Information System, Information Technology, Digital Solutions, Computer Science or related disciplines

o  Human Resources Specialist:Human Resources or related disciplines

o  Supply Chain Specialist:Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines

o  Operations Specialist:any disciplines

o  Food Production and Technology Specialist:Food Science, Nutritional Science, Food Technology and Safety or related disciplines

•      With a maximum of 2years’full time working experience
•      Excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English
•      Curious and analytical and strategic minded, able to make reference on market trend and grab any possible business opportunities
•      People-oriented and engages with others well
•      Good at making things happen despite occasional setbacks
