Job Highlights
l Look for an energetic, fast-learner to join our professional Field Service team
l Outsource to a well-known global financial data service provider
l Work in the first grade-A office in Central, supply with a high-class pantry with free breakfast and refreshment
Job Duties
l Provide on-site installation and maintenance service to end-user
l Upgrade hardware, equipment maintenance and router/network support
l Problem shooting and solving, quick response to customers’ request
Requirements
l Form 5 or above
l At least 1-year working experience in Field Service or On-site Service
l Good spoken English & Cantonese, Mandarin preferable
l Good interpersonal and communication skills, self-driven
l Willing to learn and able to work under pressure
l Proficient in PC hardware and software is highly favorable
Working hours
l Monday to Friday 0800-1800
We offer you
l HK$13,000 - $15,000 monthly salary
l Over-time hourly paid
