Duties:

• Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve a client with the public sector;
• Provide IT support, including maintenance, installation and updating the operation manual, to the interim IT solution for the AMR/AMU surveillance under MS SQL Database Server for storage of AMR/AMU data and Shiny Server for generating reports;
• Provide IT support for develop 'Statistics on Antimicrobial Resistance Control' in CHP website in a stepwise approach according to the user's request, as well as to convert and upload AMR/AMU data to the webpages. Around 35-40 new sub-pages were created since Apr 2019, and the sub-pages need to be updated regularly;
• Rectify AMR/AMU publications and publicity materials into the format complying WCAG standards (e.g. pamphlets, videos, posters) and upload them to AMR miniweb;
• Download monthly hit-rates of the links under AMRD to generate a summary, the hit rates of each page/record are extracted through WebStat system of OGCIO or obtained through ISD/HPB (186 links);
• Provide IT support, maintenance, content maintenance and trouble shooting for electronic devices and liaise with the vendors for maintenance of the devices;
• Assist in technical checking of the publicity materials i.e. videos, posters, etc. to ensure the deliveries could fulfil technical requirements of the service specification and provide IT support for AMRD projects, e.g. KAP survey and Antibiotic Awareness Week.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of working experience in web application programming, development and database management;
• At least 1 year's mandatory experience in SQL;
• Familiar with the following programming languages: SQL, JavaScript, HTML and CSS;
• Basic knowledge of administrating MS SQL Server or equivalent RDBMS software;
• Good problem diagnosis and problem solving skills;
• Administrating MS Windows and Linux system;
• Bachelor's Degree/Higher Diploma/Associate degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent;
• At least 2 years' post-qualification experience of which 1 year's experience in similar post and in comparable capacity as a Programmer for degree or Higher Diploma holders in Computer Science/IT.
