Due to our rapid business growth and expansion, we are now looking for professional talent joining our Technical Team.

You are responsible for:

• Provide technical support to end users on IT issues ;
• Setup, configure and troubleshoot on IT systems/devices and infrastructure;
• Provide systems support and administration in networks, servers and application systems;
• Manage IT assets and assist in IT documentation and process improvement ;
• To serve for IT project, resolve project issues and coordinate IT project activities;
• Monitor scheduled backup and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Team Leader ; 

About You:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in IT / Computer Science or related disciplines ;
• At least 2 years working experience in Windows Server (AD, DNS, DHCP), network infrastructure, IT security, Office 365 ;
• Related working experience in SI is beneficial;
• Holders of MCP, MCSE, MCITP or CCNA would be advantageous ;
• Proactive, capable to work independently, as well as in a team ;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin ;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Systems Engineer
