Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide internal PCs/ Desktop Support Services
- Hardware & Software troubleshoot such as Desktop/ Laptop (i.e. Windows OS platform & Apple Mac OS platform), MS Office
- Perform troubleshooting, administer and maintain application systems
Requirement
- Diploma or above in Information Technology or equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Knowledge on PCs/ Desktop and basic Networking issue support
- Hands on PC applications such as MS Office
- Good attitude and hardworking with team player
- Good communication skill in English and Cantonese
- Immediately available is an advantage
