RESPONSIBILITIES:

Website Management

• Maintains and updates our Magento2 e-commerce websites in ASIA in different languages such as English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Koreans for landing pages, banners, merchandising, content…
• Optimization of the websites with best practices (speed, SEO, responsive, etc.)
• Translation of UI/UX designs wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements
• Quality assurance – ensure a high quality, compliance of strategy and guideline throughout the sites, both in terms of content, functionality, and navigation
• Understand and translate business requirements into technical features or content
• Collaborates closely with the creative and technology team members to execute solutions on the defined technical architecture and visual design
• Provide Estimates of Development time for Frontend tasks
• Tracks time and proactively reports status and risks for all tasks to ensure deadlines are met

Email Marketing

• Build and schedule engaging, brand-aligned HTML email campaigns targeted to segmented audiences, optimized for both desktop and mobile
• Innovate existing email templates to adjust for latest industry trends and techniques
• Develop and maintain email style guide and template repository
• Conduct testing and quality assurance review of email marketing assets, systems and workflows
• Review all HTML emails for accurate formatting in select email clients and ensure all tracking and links are coded properly
• Maintain email deployment calendar
• Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 2+ years in a similar position for an e-commerce website
• A clear understanding of background in website/UX/UI design
• Expertise in HTML/CSS/Javascript/jQuery
• Expertise with building successful email campaigns, including responsive HTML emails
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications
• Effective at multi-tasking, autonomous decision-making and ability to collaborate with various offices
• Attention to detail and has some design flare
• English and Mandarin are mandatory
