Powerseller Account Manager, eBay Hong Kong (Contract Position) 

Responsibilities:

• Managing, growing and developing eBay’s emerging strategic merchants in various vertical;
• Coach and deliver value to strategic merchants to optimize their business on eBay through ability to analyze data and provide customer insights, market research, category trends and best practice;
• Understand merchant business and needs in order to build strategic growth plans;
• Identify and direct the production and deployment of new program and promotion opportunities;
• Collaborate with TSAM Manager on supporting business and revenue growth objective;
• Ensure eBay HK business objectives are met through data and market analysis, project planning and execution;
• Creating, managing and presenting performance reports within the team regularly
   

Requirements:

• University graduate with minimum 2-years Account/Project management experience;
• Preferably at least 1-year relevant experience in eCommerce and online trading;
• Strong passion and working knowledge of how eBay works from a seller perspective is absolute an advantage;
• Energetic, self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work under pressure and deliver results;
• Acute sense of online market trends and customer needs with strong analytical mind;
• Outstanding communication skills, creativity, strategic thinking and attention to details are perquisites;
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; Fluent in Mandarin is preferable;
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
