Job Description

Responsibilities: -
  • Work as an internal consultant to the team, understand the business needs/processes and translate that into user requirement for system configuration/development 
  • Enhance and maintain the current application systems
  • Handle application system project implementation and roll-out
  • Accountable for functional support such as managing enquiries from internal customers, managing data integrity, system errors etc.  
  • Accountable for ensuring that data integrity is maintained
  • Proactively prepare business cases and recommend innovative IT solutions to address business needs and improve business process efficiency
  • Prepare IT strategy for the responsible business areas
  • Conduct system analysis and prepare functional / system specification to fulfill user need
  • Manage development team to deliver application system as according to functional/system design specification
  • Take up ad-hoc projects to as according to IT strategy

Requirements: -

  • Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in IT and 3 years’ experience in implementing/maintaining SAP FICO or other ERP systems is a MUST
  • SAP Certification in any one of SAP HANA or C/4HANA experience will be an advantage
  • Experience in IT application system implementation and maintenance
  • Full cycle ERP implementation experience, SAP is preferred
  • Up-to-date understanding of new technologies available in the market (e.g. AI, RPA Application, Big Data or Mobile App)
  • Experience in implementing or supporting PeopleSoft will be an advantage
  • Ability to translate business requirements into streamlined workflow and thus effective application systems
  • Strong in project and vendor management
  • Good in teamwork, problem solving, result-oriented, analytical mindset, planning and organizing
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills both in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
