Job Description:

• As Manager of DevOps to promote, document, and implement industry best practices, implement tools and establish standards that allow the engineering team to develop and rapidly deploy high quality applications
• Maintain and ensure availability of all development environment
• Tackle technical problems and drive technical excellence via strong leadership of the engineering team
• Work closely with engineers during the deployment and testing phases to provide insight into operational, security, and performance considerations
• Mentor team members to grow skill and prepare for future growth with the Bank
• Maintain enterprise-wide IT system tools and ensure scalability
• Advocate and implement industry best practices for configuration management and build/deployment automation
• Investigate technologies and recommend solutions to meet growing Bank needs
• Foster an approach to continuous improvement in all of the DevOps activities

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder
• 5+ years of DevOps management or related experience with bank or financial services sector
• Proven experience in designing and developing API driven mobile or web applications
• Experience in DevOps practice and test tools
• Team leading experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written Chinese and English

Languages
Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
