Nakama has partnered with a multinational software development house, who specializes in the logistics industry, in their search for a Product Director. My client is seeing rapid global growth and searching for a highly experienced Product Director to define product strategy across all their platforms.

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a role that gives you full responsibility and ownership of multiple products, and you can deliver it from ideation through to market launch. My client has created a very agile, open and collaborative environment that drives the creativity and teamwork to deliver the best products to the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product strategies and roadmap to align with business direction and company vision. 
• Manage a team of product managers and lead the ideation, development, launching and iteration of product features.
• Collect and analyse feedback from stakeholders, users and other related parties to identify needs and provide solutions.
• Improve product metrics to align and support business objectives.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experiences in product management for 10+ years, and team/people management for 4+ years, preferably in logistics. 
• Strong and proven product management background with the ability to define short term and long term product roadmaps.
• Experience in multi-sided markets, O2O platforms, and mobility industries is a big plus
• Experienced working with a large active user base platform.
• Excellent cross-function collaboration, stakeholder management and project management skills 
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin or Cantonese
