Job Description
Our client is a well-known Chinese Bank , they are now expanding and looking for Technical Support who is energetic, passionate and love new technology, and join their dynamic and professional team.
Job Description:
- Monitor and Control the IT services and IT infrastructure.
- Responsible for all the daily operation of the data center.
- Provide technical support to end users.
- Perform hardware and software installation, configuration and troubleshooting service
- Perform system and data backup.
- Execute daily batch job
- Provide technical support to end users
Requirements:
- At least 1 year IT experience in operator is highly preferred.
- Higher Diploma or above in computer science.
- Working experience in sizable data centre NOC is preferable.
- Strong communication skills in Cantonese, able to communicate Mandarin is advantage.
- Shift duties is required.
