Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting and troubleshooting in business applications and systems (e.g. POS, CRM)
- Coordinate with different parties in support and troubleshooting
- Prepare documentations for related applications
- Prepare business report by BI tools/SQL according to user requirements
- Conduct system testing according to test cases
- Conduct user training
Requirements
- Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
- Minimum two years’ experience in application support
- Knowledge in retail application (e.g. POS, CRM)
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Solid knowledge of SQL
