Responsibilities:

• Manage all production problems under network team and ensure they are being resolved and properly followed in order to minimize the business impact
• Plan, review and implement all change requests related to network team
• Manage service delivered under service vendor as per the Service Level Agreement and consistent with industry practices
• Ensure infrastructure service delivered is compliant with audit and information security requirements
• Ensure capacity planning exercise under network team is carried out in order to address our business needs
• Ensure the operability and the execution of network team related disaster recovery plans
• Manage and work on network related projects and/or initiatives when required
• Work closely to ensure alignment of network operation standards across the region

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of working experience in IT, Computer Science and related disciplines, preferably in financial industry
• Solid understanding of internetworking protocols, products and services including Multicast, Unicast, OSPF and BGP.
• Technical knowledge on Cisco products like routers, switches and wireless
• Hands on experience in enterprise LAN/WAN/WiFi, network management tools.
• Hands on experience in VoIP and SDNET, Cloud service.
• Holder of CCNA/CCNP/CCIE will be an advantage
• Strong sense of responsibility with good analytical skill, self-motivated and detail-minded.
• Positive attitude, fast learning and able to perform in a challenging environment.
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Will need to work overtime or non-office hours when required
