Job Responsibility: 

• Provide technical support to customers
• Design and propose solution
• Conduct product / solution demo
• Carry out PoC (Proof of concept)

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in IT related subject  
• At least 2 years working experience in IT industry
•  Familiar with backup / storage solution will be an advantage
•  Good communication skill
•  Self-motivated, strong problem solving and analytical skills
