Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide PC/LAN/Office Automation support, basic application software and OS installation for IT systems and end-users
Requirements:
- Diploma in IT/Computer Science or equivalent
- Around 10 years’ hands-on working experience in office automation support
- Strong and solid experience in the following areas:
- Lotus Notes administration and technical support
- Microsoft Active Directory Administration
- PC LAN Support
- Windows 7/8/10
- With solid experience in anti-virus technology is preferred
