Our client, a leading Global Insurer, are currently looking for a competent and polished Project Manager, to act as a central point of contact around a large Audit, helping to coordinate the auditing process and requests, before following up and managing any recommendations through to completion. The Audit will be around IT Security, (due to a Regional transformation currently taking place) so having an understanding of InfoSec processes (Pen Testing, Vulnerability Scanning etc.) is highly desirable and sought after.

Responsibilities of the role:

• Act as the central point of contact in managing and coordinating a large-scale Audit, with a focus in IT Security.
• Manage the pre-audit preparation, and co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders to provide the appropriate reviews and information.
• Work closely with the Auditors and internal stakeholders to allow the full analysis of risks specifically around Infrastructure & security.
• Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including vendors to help prepare for the Audit, and manage the remediations and recommendations.
• Work closely with the Business to keep the relevant parties up to date on timelines and status.

Requirements of the Role:

• University degree is a minimum.
• A minimum of 7 - 10 years of IT project Management within an Enterprise environment.
• Good knowledge of IT processes, especially around IT Security, including Infrastructure, Networks, Security and technical risk analysis.
• Strong understanding of the process around network penetration testing and vulnerability scanning.
• Strong communication skills with demonstrable knowledge of dealing with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication and report writing skills in English is a must.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and advisory skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities and work under pressure.
