Job Description
Key Duties
- Mainly responsible for monitoring, configuration, upgrading, maintenance, Troubleshooting, security and risk assessment of network for APAC region
- Provide 2nd level and 3rd level network technical support
- Provide standardized network technical guidance to engineers and team
- members
- Assist or lead in various ad-hoc IT technical projects (Infrastructure)
- Participating in design and develop of IT infrastructure in accordance with Business strategies for ongoing efficiency and stability enhancement.
- To prepare and maintain network related documents and reports
- Work as a virtual team member with APAC IT to provide quality technical support to offices and shop users on regional level
- Coordination between APAC subsidiaries and Germany head quarter IT teams on network related topics
- Work as a mentor to provide regular network technical guidance; review network technical specifications of IT procurement orders
- Frequent communication among internal and external parties is required
- Occasional on-site support in store is required
- Occasional travel is required
Essential Requirement

University graduate from IT discipline

Minimum 5 years working experiences in IT with 3+ years regional network administration experience
- Experience in retail industry is essential; MNC support experience is an advantage
- Expert knowledge of Network (SDN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, WAN/LAN, Encryption,
- WAN/LAN) is required
- Knowledge of Security (Firewall, IPS/IDS, Endpoint, Encryption, IAM) is required
- Knowledge of Communications (VoIP, IP PABX) is required
- Knowledge of Exchange, Sharepoint, Active directory is preferred
- Certification of CCNA/CCNP is required, vSphere / Hyper V, MCP/MCITP, Fortinet NSE, ITIL v3 foundation is an advantage
- Good communication skill in English
- Project management skill is required
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills, well organized, self-initiative, reliable
- Weekend standby support is occasionally required
