• Troubleshoot hardware and software relevant incidents
• Provide first level support, diagnose and resolve technical issues
• Setup and install new computer hardware and software for new and existing internal users

Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology
• 1-2 years in-house experience in IT support
• Familiar with Windows operating system, MS Office, Anti-virus
• Experience in supporting, troubleshooting and maintaining PC
• Self-motivated, dynamics, enthusiastic, detail-minded and responsible
