Our client, a Global top tier Insurance Firm, is looking for a Network Administrator with experience Voice/VOIP to coordinate testing and implementation of a new voice network, which is being delivered by a large vendor. You will work across multiple locations within APAC (11 locations), to ensure proper coordination and testing of the network environment across multiple corporate networks. The engineering aspect of the network is being delivered by a vendor and you will work directly for the Organisation to help coordinate and test what’s being delivered.

Requirements of the Role

• Work across a large complex network environment helping to coordinate the delivery and changes of a new network environment
• Understanding the existing network environment specifically voice network
• Complete detailed testing of Network environment to ensure it is stable
• Coordinate across locations utilizing soft skills to work effectively with people in multiple locations
• Work with the vendor network engineering teams to understand work schedules and project dependencies
• Report updates to Project Manager and architectural team
• Manage key risk and issues by identifying them and keep them visible with key personal
• Report on key deliverables with key people
• Work autonomous to drive key outcomes

Requirements of the Role

• BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Should have at least 8 years of total working experience in the Information Technology industry, specifically 8 years’ experience in a Network role
• Experience in voice technologies such as Avaya, Cisco, Jabber, ring central, jive,
• Experience testing enterprise network environments
• Experience connecting multiple networks using Cisco Bridge
• Understanding of Cloud Environment is an advantage
• Experience testing and coordinating across a large expertise network environment
• Cisco certifications (CCMA, CCNP)
• Strong communicator (written and verbal): ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Ability to work with cross-functional team of internal and external resources located onshore and offshore
