Responsibilities

• To handle full spectrum of company secretarial duties for the listed company and its subsidiaries in Hong Kong and overseas;
• To prepare annual / interim reports, announcements, circulars, board papers, board minutes and resolutions and organize board and shareholders' meetings;
• To assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned from time to time; and
• To ensure compliance with all relevant statutory and listing requirements.

Required Qualification & Experience

• Semi-finalist of ICSA or company secretarial qualifications or degree holder in relevant discipline or equivalent;
• Minimum 2 or 3 years solid company secretarial experience;
• Familiar with the Listing Rules, Securities and Futures Ordinance, Companies Ordinance and other relevant ordinances;
• Experienced in handling corporate administration of listed companies and private companies;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and
• Hands-on skills in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing (Knowledge of CSA is preferred but not essential)
• Applicant with less experience will be considered as Company Secretarial Officer
• Short notice period is preferred
