Responsibilities

• Work with the team on idea brainstorming & elaborating
• Handle printed ad / online marketing platforms for brand awareness and recognition
• Planning, building and executing Marketing campaigns
• Generate, edit, publish and share content that builds meaningful connections to agents / clients
• Perform clerical and administrative work (handling phone calls, organizing documents)
• Database management, Marketing Research & reporting

Qualifications

• Fluent language skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Proficient in Photoshop, MS Word, Excel and Power Point
• Outgoing with strong verbal and written communication skills
• With Canada / UK background is an advantage
• Able to maintain flexible work style
• Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
• Basic Knowledge in writing Press Release
• Knowledge in graphic design, photography & HTML is highly preferred
• With relevant experience in Property industry is preferred
