Our client is a market leader in mobile and integrated business solutions. With the continuous business growth, they are currently looking for an energetic, result-driven, and detail-oriented marketing professional. The candidate will be a product and market segment anchor, and driving growth and improving customer loyalty. 

The Role

• Monitor market trend and customer experience
• Design and implement customer loyalty programs utilizing both online and sales channels
• Review business and sales performance on daily basis
• As product anchor, penetrate services in target segments
• As market segment anchor, collaborate with internal channels and drive for business performance improvement independently 

To Qualify 

• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
• 5 years of marketing experience, preferable in telecommunications / ICT industry
• Creative, self-motivated, good communication skills and attentive to details
• Possess good data analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple marketing programs with tight deadlines
• Proficient in MS office applications
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
