Working Location: Yuen Long; 5.5 days per week; 08:00-16:30

Responsibilities:

• To oversee the daily food production and maintain safety & good manufacturing practice in workplace
• To lead operational staff to align with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
• To monitor the materials and manpower planning effectively and efficiently
• To solve and facilitate improvement in shop floor
• Monitor factory environment and hygiene conditions (TPM)

Requirements:

• High Diploma holder in Food Sciences or Manufacturing Engineering
• Knowledge in ISO22000, GMP, HACCP and 5S management in food industry
• A minimum of 3 years’ supervisory experience in Production, preferably from Food & Beverage industry
• Self-motivated, independent and well-organized with good analytical skill
• Good people management and communication skills in both written and spoken Chinese, English is an advantage
• Hands on MS Excel / Word / PPT & Chinese Word Processing
