I look for the position of  engineer level in order to support the duty job of product development and product life cycle.

Job Responsibility

• Coordinate the project development team to take care of all product requirement.
• Able to interface between customers, production engineering and quality team on technical / quality issue associated with cross-functional team to define the solution
• Drive continuous improvement program with production, engineering and quality team
• Able to define analytical evaluation plan and statistical analysis
• Co-ordinate with internal departments for product development and debugging
• follow up with customer for the approval of engineering prototype

Job Requirement

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or electronic Engineering, mechanical engineering or related disciplines.
• At least 2 - 5 years of proven experience in kitchen appliance industry.
• Previous experience and demonstrated results in product development is a must.
• Capable to work independently and cross functional environment / organization to drive quality initiatives with customer
• Familiar with design, development and manufacturing processes
• Influential leadership, collaborative and result oriented style.
• Fluent in English and mandarin.
• Station / Travel to Shenzhen is require
• 6 days work
