Reporting directly to our Chief Operations Officer, you will be responsible for process optimization projects and/or management of multicultural teams. This will give you the opportunity to discover our business, our culture and our customers, while contributing to the development of our activities.


After 12 to 18 months of successful achievements, you will take the Management of one of our Business Unit.

Your main responsibilities will be (but not limited) to : 

  • Acting as a trainer and coach, providing technical support and guidance to technical teams and conduct performance evaluations and on-site audits;
  • Building a culture of continuous improvement across all Operations functions;
  • Partnering closely with Managers to identify gaps and propose effective solutions to deal with daily and high-level challenges;
  • Deploying SOPs and policies to drive key projects and act as continuous improvement leader to drive best practices;
  • Implementing adequate reporting tools to measure Key Performance Indicators across Operations team;
  • Ensuring the projects are tracked and results are maintained, communicated and summarized;
  • Manage a team, depending on business opportunities across APAC region.

Your profile :

It could be you, if you have: 

  • A Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain from a top tier Engineering School; 
  • Few years of successful work experience, as consultant or production engineer;
  • Excellent knowledge of "Lean" methodologies and proven track record in deploying continuous improvement;
  • Ability to connect with professionals at all levels within the organization;
  • A strong work ethic of discretion and professionalism;
  • A hands-on management style and leadership with excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Fluency in English.
