Role Overview

  • Global brand owner within the category of “For Him & Her – Wellness” which includes Adult nutrition brand Swisse Wellness.
  • Own this consumer segment within the company and develop a strategic approach in cross promoting different product pillars within the wellness category that is relevant to the target consumer.
  • Define the Brand DNA/CODES/VI and brand strategy of Swisse Wellness across different markets with different maturity and development stage. This includes driving the strategy/principles/plan for innovation/ambassadors/consumer engagements for Swisse Wellness.
  • Lead and direct all Global marketing, Global PR/communication, Global consumer insights for Swisse Wellness to ensure both the brand consistency and bringing aspiration in engaging with consumers.
  • Owner of Him & Her Wellness new product development process and to develop a long-term disruptive product roadmap based on both data & insights. 
  • Protect & Grow key markets while attack on those new markets emerging for Him & Her – Wellness.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Work with supporting team such as Global Communications, Consumer Market insights, Consumer Engagement and Future business team to own the consumer journey and develop a long term brand vision/business for Him & Her – Swisse Wellness.
  • Define Swisse Wellness brand DNA, codes, vision, brand architecture, enhance brand equity, ensure consistent global positioning and optimize the product portfolio.
  • Drive the global strategic brand plan for Swisse Wellness based on actionable consumer insights and trends.
  • Develop both the global touchpoint and content strategy and a playbook that can enable local communication and activations for Swisse Wellness.
  • Collaborate with key markets in ensuring the brand consistency in all key activations and ensure measurement framework is put in place to both create benchmarks and enable our local team to optimise their execution.
  • Swisse Wellness Business Lead in building a successful global portfolio and new product/consumer innovation pipeline, in close collaboration with Consumer market insights, Future Business, R&D, Project Management team to ensure we have an impactful product roadmap for Swisse Wellness in the long term next 3-5 years.
  • Develop global campaigns and global ambassadors/partnership activation that are aligned with local market needs.
  • Manage the overall budget for global Swisse Wellness.
  • Provide guidance in how local markets effectively manage their budget especially in Working Media, to ensure we achieve the brand objectives based on the market nature.
  • Setting KPI guidelines for Swisse Wellness to guide markets based on their overall brand and business objectives
  • In charge of all global creative approval and provide brand guidelines to local markets in local content production and adoption of global assets.

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any relevant academic qualification.
  • Background in FMCG/Wellness/Beauty/Luxury preferred, with minimum 8 years brand marketing experience.  
  • Experience in working at both Global & Regional level preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record in multi-functional, multi-stakeholder engagement and alignment.
  • Excellent command of English & Mandarin.
