Responsibilities:

• Capable to communicate with overseas supplier
• Arrange and follow up shipping order, booking and scheduling with suppliers and overseas agent
• Coordinate with forwarder for delivery arrangement
• Handle daily shipment operations and full set of import document
• Coordinate and follow up all transports and courier delivery arrangement
• Facilitate and support on daily warehouse and inventory operation
• Support on local & china business unit operation and demand / supply planning
• Coordinate with internal department on daily operation
• Handle any ad hoc issue assignment

Requirements:

• High Diploma holder or Degree holder is preferable
• Relevant experience in Supply Chain is preferred
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Stable, well organized and responsible
• Immediate availability is highly preferable
