Key Responsibilities:

• Support the project content creation and update in Content Management System (CMS);
• Support marketing (digital and offline) projects including planning and logistics arrangement;
• Work with internal teams and manage vendors in a cohesive manner to ensure that all projects are delivered flawlessly and on time;
• Support department's efforts to draft and edit communications and promotion content, with own idea provided;
• Undertake any other duties/special assignments.

The ideal candidate would have:

• Under graduate in Marketing, Business, Social Science or related disciplines;
• Detail-oriented, mature, proactive problem solving attitude and reliable;
• Good team player with pleasant personalities;
• Willing to learn, improve and able to work under tight deadlines;
• Proficient in MS Office and online backend administration platforms;
• Good written and spoken English & Chinese.
