RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for customers' inquiries and follow up in Service Centre
• To liaise with the factories on technical matters
• To oversee the maintenance of luxury sports cars
• To handle parts and stock orders

REQUIREMENTS:

• F.5 or above
• 1-2 year(s) of relevant customer service experience
• Hands-on PC operations including MS office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Good Interpersonal and communication skills
• Responsible, proactive and attention to details
• Able to work under pressure and be a good team player
• Immediate available is highly preferred
