Responsibilities:

• Participate in quarterly optimization planning, understand business objectives and provide data-driven input with an aim to improve revenue & conversion rates
• Scale and automate growth processes
• Propose creative new projects, from building tools and apps that attract prospects and convert leads to testing new approaches to capturing existing demand
• Translate ideas to actionable items that deliver business results
• Identify industry trends and insights Build and maintain relationships with existing and new partners
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay abreast with new methods in growth marketing

Requirements:

• BSc in Marketing, Business or relevant field preferred
• Preferably 3 - 5 years of user acquisition, growth hacking or marketing experience
• Excellent knowledge of marketing computer software and online applications, including CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.
• E-commerce or affiliate network experience
• Ability to think creatively and strategically
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exquisite communication and people skills
• Having a startup mindset, proven track record of growing brands and revenue
