Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage day-to-day online sales orders.
- Operate and monitor online orders and inventory.
- Prepare marketing online sales report (i.e. Social Media viewership & transaction record, Google Analytics etc.)
- Establish and expand sales distribution channels.
- Support customer service for online platform.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Higher Diploma in business or related field.
- 3+ years' experience in sales and online customer service.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Solid computer skills and awareness of e-Commerce / online sales platform.
