• Minimum 12 years' merchandising experience in the relevant items, of which 3 - 4 years at the same level
• Strong in product development & production follow-up for ladies' sweater garment
• Experienced in dealing with US buyers
• Experienced in handling high quality brands is definitely an advantage
• Trading or buying office background is preferable
• Strong leadership, communication and price negotiation skills
• Excellent command of spoken & written English and able to communicate in Mandarin
• Mature, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Willing to travel
